We accept most widely used payment methods, including all major credit cards, direct bank transfer (International and Local Bank), and PayPal.

Additionally, PayPal allows you to make payments using your PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and the Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

At our shop, we pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason, we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be canceled before the order ships.

So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent the need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse.

Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are canceled after they have shipped out.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. But we guarantee that you will get your money return within 30 days.

Please notify us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. If the return is due to an order being damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we will arrange for the prepaid return at our expense and issue full refund shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. If the return is due to a reason other than the item being damaged, defective, or incorrect then the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred.

Please note that while we do offer free shipping on our website, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Before returning a product, please obtain a return authorization by contacting us and providing the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Refund minus any applicable return shipping cost will be issued shortly after return is received back at our warehouse.
